Drainage / What we install

What we install

Five systems cover nearly every residential job, including tight side yards: we bring compact equipment that fits through a 36-inch gap. The one you need depends on your soil.

0–1 FT

Downspout tightlines

Roof water carried in solid pipe away from the house to a safe outlet. The cheapest fix that makes a real difference, and often part of a bigger one.

1–2 FT

Catch basins and grading

Collecting surface water where it pools and sending it away. Surface work for surface problems.

2–4 FT

French and curtain drains

Perforated pipe in washed rock and filter fabric, cut in to catch water moving across hardpan. The workhorse of this region.

3–6 FT

Footing drains

Relieving water pressure at the base of a foundation wall and carrying the water away.

6–10 FT

Dry wells and infiltration

Only where the soil below really takes water. We confirm that with a test, not a guess.

Small commercial sites

Parking areas, access roads and building perimeters for small businesses, farms and HOAs. Same approach, written up so it stands up in front of a board.
