The site assessment
This is the step most contractors rush, and it's the reason the rest of our work holds up.
What happens
We walk the property
Ideally while it's wet. We look at where water collects, where it's coming from and what the ground is doing.
We check the soil
How deep the hardpan is and whether anything below it will take water. This is where drilling for a living stops being a slogan.
We find the outlet
Where the water can legally and practically go. It limits every option, so we settle it early.
You get it in writing
What we found, what's causing it, what we'd recommend and what it would cost. It's yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.
If the answer is that you don't need us, we'll tell you.
It happens. Sometimes the fix is two downspouts and an afternoon.
